Update on WAVE 3 including SIX UNLOCKED ACHIEVEMENTS: Ribbons, postcards, & Voidwalker Dice!

Greetings, passengers on the Perisea Plurinavette!
We wanted to check in earlier, but we misplaced our author in the luggage compartment of the atom train and it took us a bit of time to fish him out. Now, let’s continue this cruising dance.
Wave 3 Achievements Update
We’ve spent the last few days nailing down the Wave 3 achievements. You made many great suggestions! A fair number we had to sadly put into the “it would be very nice, but it’d stretch Luka’s resources and could delay the project.” Still, we’re going to hang onto them and who knows, maybe we’ll convince Luka to get onto them after we complete Our … no … Your Golden Age. Still, we think we’ve got great Wave 3 achievements that should be both cool and won’t delay the project.
Achievements You've Unlocked Since Wave 2 Ended
But … well, hang on … while we've been strategizing and calculatizing, you have been unlocking and overclocking! As a thank you we're happy to announce the first few achievements of Wave 3 that you have ALREADY UNLOCKED so far!

OGA Ribbon 1: One Gold Ribbon added to all copies of OGA and OGA Voidwalker Editions

VLG Ribbon 1: One Teal Ribbon added to all copies of VLG and VLG Voidwalker Editions

UVG 1E Postcards: All 10 postcards from the UVG 1E Crowdfunding campaign will be reprinted and given both physically and digitally to all backers.

OGA Ribbon 2: A 2nd ribbon in Turqoise added to all copies of OGA and OGA Voidwalker Editions

VLG Ribbon 2: A 2nd ribbon in Orange added to all copies of VLG and VLG Voidwalker Editions

Voidwalker Dice: Yep, we’re making a second set of dice with a different color combination! These dice will come with all Void Boxes and will be available as an add-on to all backers. They will be the full set of unlocked dice that include the Travel dice achievement that was previously unlocked.
We’ve convinced Luka to let YOU decide on the colors of the well-favored voidwalkers (and we suspect we’ll get him to make some voidwalker art in suitable livery).

We want to express our gratitude and excitement for an amazing start to the campaign! We can't thank you enough for your support. 🥰
Early Backer Reward has ended
The Early Backer Reward period is now over as of 11:59 ET August 2nd. Thanks to your early pledges (but unfortunately for his hand) Luka now will sign nearly 3000 Finding Mirrorman Adventure Maps in addition to the 300 Limited Voidwalker bookplates!
Wave 3 Achievements?
You guys unlocked all of the achievements so quickly and we are super excited to be able to add those items to the campaign. Thank you all for your ideas on potential additional achievements. We have been keeping an eye on all the comments and suggestions about new rewards that could be included. Rest assured we are taking them into consideration and working on a Wave 3.
Our primary goals in considering additional achievements is to ensure that the current rewards are produced at the highest quality possible and that they are delivered to you on time. Therefore, we are considering what additional achievements we can include while being mindful of this as we work on Wave 3. We will likely be sending out some polls soon based on both your suggestions and our internal discussions/ manufacturing quotes to get more input on what additional achievements are possible. Please keep an eye out for a poll early next week!

End of First Day, All Achievements Unlocked

Dear travelers, hellow-mellow, this is your author, Luka. Our golden atom train has pulled out and we’re rolling on the right road. It looks like the Proud Marigold will keep on turning. Our backer train hit 1.6 kilobackers at one point and we ... we clocked right through all the achievements? We did, right? Yeah, the team says we did. For some reason I thought the 10th achievement was $225k.
Ok, enough mixed metaphors and terrible puns, they’re barely good enough for me, and I’m pretty sleep-deprived. It’s been an enervating few days and these last 24 hours? Phew.
We’re gonna make the whole thing! Every, single, last thing in the gold* box.
This makes me really happy. We have some ideas for other achievements we could add, but our number one priority now is to make sure we delivered everything we promised and you signed up for. It’s a big project and there’s a temptation to add more and more, so with that in mind we’re going to take our time to figure out what we can deliver without compromising anything.
For example, making an extra zine that updates all 100 remaining spells from my (unpublished) Uranium Butterflies book wouldn’t be too hard, but it would certainly add up to an extra month with editing, layout, proofreading and production, then increase shipping and production costs — on the other hand, a PDF version might be more doable but less exciting. It could slot in after the existing books are all in production and before they ship.
On the other hand, an extra achievement like an alternate dice color, would be take very little time to produce, but we’d have to carefully weigh production and shipping costs and how they would fit in the box.
What do you think? This is a good time for ideas and comments. Especially because round the time this update goes live, I’ll be asleep and the Exalted Funeral crew will have to field all your questions, haha! (cracks metamorphical whip)
But let’s loop back again. EVERYTHING achieved.
The books, sure, but also the map and the cards and the travel journal and the bestiary ... eh ... humanary ... ah, pananthropy. Super coo. Super coo.
Ok, I’m going to get to work putting the cover and glossary into the Vastlands Guidebook so y’all excellent travelers can get it in your hands as soon as possible. Maybe once you get to hold it you’ll be tempted to invite your friends to the atom train as well. All safe. No zones of alienation here!
